I cant remember for sure, but I think I have mine turning in for better handleing and a little less speed on the top.My boat is 250 miles away at the lake now.I'll look at it this weekend and let you know on which way they turn.
I am about 1 month away from installing 6" setbacks.I think the boat needs at least 6".I haven't had much luck on finding someone who has gone from no setback to 6" or more on a 24 Skater.I run 34" Merc 4 blades, the ones with the funky trailing edge.I haven't tried much else for props because everybody says thats's the prop to use on cats.Your boat would be a rocket ship all the way to 100 with 28" props. With the correct set up I think you will be able to pull 32" props.See ya.

I've got a pleasure 24 ( www.kineticanimation.com/skater.html ) I am running PROMAX 200's on cmc jackplates. I am turning 15x32's at 6200 at 95 MPH. Turning the props out makes the boat handle better but it is probably alittle faster but squirlly turning in. These boats like to run 14.5 3 blades. All the boats set up at Lake X run 3 blades. Withe 260's you'll see around 110-112.

I'm pretty sure that mine are turning out then.Because I remember I set it up to handle beter.Sounds like I got a good runner, with no setback I've seen 102 on GPS.Looking for 104 or 105 with 6" setback in a month or so.

The race hatch is worth a couple of MPH drop it down lower than even with the sides and it's faster too.
