Well. Bodywork is all skinned. Transom bustle stairs all bodywork done. Boat is just about ready for primer minus a couple days of nick nacks.

closer and closer. Unfortunately getting tired of the project. Have 5 guys on staff, hiring 2 more. With over a year back log right now , it’s hard to get time put in on this. Combined with 6 skaters here now all for major work, and full overs and everything else. It’s so close. Greatfull my guys are pushing the project ahead as they want to see it through as well. Glad we got a great team. Will update some pics Monday

Amazed you can find two skilled people to work.
We have been looking for 3 techs for a year, everyone I know is trying to hire skilled labor with no luck.

good luck

epoxy prime over the cheese Matt layer. Block it flat and prime the boat. Hoping to get the bottom sprayed next week while barb wire is in the booth.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t over the project. Have just too much customer work going on. We’re dedicated to finishing it though and putting the boat to what it was to enjoy. But boy, is it exhausting trying to pick away at it

At some point, the economy will slow down, and you will get time for it.

I realize a 40 SS takes up a lot of shop space, though...

Project can do that but don't feel bad. There is a 6 year Baja project on here and I can not remember how long Glass Dave has been working on the Active Cat.
