Fourms are still pretty dead.

Should we start a build thread for this one too? After a few year stint at some other shops she’s ended up here. Took us a year to get it into the schedule but full pleasure conversion is booked.

Hull sides stripped. Never seen it crack like this. The cracking was actually behind the cheese matt and under the filler. Usually it’s just the top primer layer cracking. More work than anticipating but got it smoothed out.

deleting escape hatch. Blank built vacuum bagged. Router’d to clearance flush through the floor area. Getting this installed this week.

Sweet thread, thanks for sharing. That is some thick balsa coring on the deck, what is it 2 in thick? Are all the race boats that way?
