Richard Hewitt is out and the Dakota folks are buying Sonic. Sonic is moving from Hollywood Fl back to Stuart Fl. and Mindi Doller (Doller Offshore) is looking to buy her own building.

I talked to Bruce at Sonic yesterday and he said he was in the process of packing up everthing to go to Stewart. Richard has kept the building in Hollywood and he wants the building emptyed so he can rent it. He also told me that the best thing to do was to call Sonic in Stewart.

Why would he want the building empty, so he could rent it, when there already was "tennants" there and set up ? Kinda weird to have people move out that are already established. Seemed that was a good setup with the super center and all. Guess theres more to it.....

It is hard to have a Super Center when the head person will not return phone calls 2/3 of the time. The concept was great and MIndi at Dollar Offshore did a great job in supporting her end of the Super Center. Richard is the one that totally dropped the ball. Since Sonic has moved out of the building and Dollar is the only tenant, I suppose he wants to rent the whole building to one tenant. I will try to find the Stewart number and post it.

I agree that Mindi was the best thing that happened to them. What a Shame.
When i bought my used Sonic in Fla i deceided to stop by Sonic to take a tour and get some merchandise. Nobody paid a lick of attention to me when i walked in. I walked around for 10 minutes until Mindi saw me wandering. I asked if someone could take me for a tour and SHE is the one who took me around....then SHE was the one that showed me the T-shirts and hats in the showroom....then SHE was the one who finally found someone from Sonic to take my money. Good Luck Mindi.
