Default Sonic Sold

My understanding from a very reliable source is that the paper work has been signed and Sonic has been purchased by totally new owners. Richard and his partner have sold Sonic. The new purchaser is currently in the boat business and announcements, changes, and improvements will start very shortly.

I am prety good friends with richard and In february i went down to the sonic headquarters and we walked around the whole facility and he gave me some insight as to what is going on. The last i spoke with him they had just began a partnership with Mares, and were not buying them out or merging with them, but were to be parters in building boats with them. As many of you probably know, they are now building seastrike boats ( formerly dakota), which is a line of center consoles that they bought out. He never told me anything about possibly selling out getting out of the business, if anything he indicated that things were strong and he was looking forward to taking on a few new projects.
