nice! nice! Look at boattrader.com classifields section to see the new 42ss 2006. I like that. The big sonic on the side look good. The boat have great color.They made a good choice for the engine.

I really like the way it looks. The split seats too. Wouldn't that be a great boat to have 850's & 6's, staggered ? The 600's sound just a bit small for a boat that size.

What's new? It's the same rendering they have used for 10 years with graphics done by an outside graphic company. Am I missing something here?

I'm with Cat 5, its the same boat it has always been, I had one. Back in the day you could order your 42 with the side by side seats and the left side cabin door for a bigger head, or the much less orderd split seats.

To me a NEW 42 would be maybe a step bottom or chop 2 feet off the top and make it a sit down boat.

I like Sonics and tell people that are looking for a boat to look into a Sonic but they are pretty much the same boat they have always been.

One could say don't fix it if it aint broke, true but would you go out and buy a new car or truck if it was the same as it was 15 years ago.
