Trying to see if I'm running good Speed #'s please post your GPS speeds worst to best

worked 502 mpi mags 76gps 5 adults 5 children full fuel, gear, coolers (3), full water,duffel bags ect (there was no room left)

82 gps light gear great air,2/3 fuel 3-4 footers driver & one passanger no water(as light as you can get and be leagal)

ps spinning props in.. labbed 30" bravos

sonic how much hp are these worked 502's pushing ?

That seems unusually fast for 502 mags? How much horsepower? Blowers?

Never had these on the dyno but the sister motor put out 504hp at the prop on a prop dyno or 580 super flow #'s worked the stock cast iron heads valves (big) intake worked, custom one off cam, and good parts up top, re cal ecm's and gil exaust.

1993 31ss 454's dynoed at 465 hp at Wesco Racing engines boat runs 74 mph in fresh water 1/2 tank of fuel one passenger.

dyno I could only run 68-69 gps (at best) with the tired 502 mpi's sounds like yours works real well. you must love the long rollers out on lake michigan ..nice air time

Nice numbers, what year is your boat? My 88 is so loaded up with heavy cruising and fishing gear, I have dropped down to about 50 MPH with twin 350 HP scorpions. Guess it is not a go fast anymore.

Best GPS on it WAS 72 MPH, fresh labbed props, high X, stripped light, wind and current going in the right direction.

1997 only things missing are ac and binim top works real good
I have to play a few games to run 82 props,fuel psi and timming but last I checked everyone plays around to get mph.

Yup, the engine hatch makes a great fishing platform. I have caught lots of fish off it.
