Default Hull

I have decided to fix the hull on my boat. Will epoxy treat the hull too protect it from absorb water. after I grind the hull and check it with ruler approx 7' (2 m metre) long, I see the hull it's not exact straight.About 3-4' (1 metre) from the stern its start on both side. My question is: Is it normal that the hull on sonic have a small hook, or is it age relatec or Bad manufacturing???
Hope you can read and understand what I mean.
Regards Goran Sweden.

The hull should be straight. A hook often happens due to incorrect storage or misadjusted trailer.
