That boat is at my marina. I was never on it, but it looks very clean, and appears to be well maintained. The owner washed and flushed after every run. I never seen him have any issues with. I will be heading back there soon, is there anything in particular you need to know, I can check for you.
Hope that helped!

im waiting to hear back from the broker .
one thing is that the engine have ben rebuilt by who dont know yet but the thing that sound's a bit crazy is that there saying the motor's have 675 hp each and there rebuilt 500efi's sound's like a lot of power for a 502 ci motor and then they said there running 28 pitch 4 blade prop's that sound to small to run the 90 mph they claim but i dont know what gear ratio is in the drive if that would make a big difrence with all the stuff said above ,
what's your thought's

thank's
mike

FYI: I built a set of 500efi's into 540's.......these do have monoblade TB's like mine but that plenum just can't handle the airflow. My 540's, cam, heads, 9.75 compression only made 630hp (5,200) but did pull 700tq (4,300). A different cam and spinning them higher would have netted a little more but at the expense of TQ.

That boat would not run 80 the way it sits now. Eddie young is getting to do mine. With the intake system on the boat now it will not make that kind of power.

and what kind of top speed did u have .
there claiming 90 mph but that seem's to high with 28 pitch prop's may if it had some 32 pitch 4 blade it would run 90 .
im not sure thow so i will take as much info as i can

thank you
mike

I'm pretty sure a 31ss with 500s runs 83-84 tops so 90 in a 358 sounds pretty high
