Actually the small mounts in the pics are twist locks that hold canvas seat covers on the lounges.

I knew they were twist locks, but wasnt sure what they were being used for: the traditional use or to create a small support or some type.

The seat cover idea is a good one. Yours or Sonics ? Would be interested in seeing some pics of that setup also.
