Finally got around to taking the heads off. Thought the problem was valves or valve guides. Not the case. The idiot that did the head gasket replacement obviously did not know what he was doing. He used ARP head bolts to attach the heads. We all know that ARP studs or bolts require a special lubricant and are torqued to a different spec then OEM. Well the bolts had no lubricant on then and were torqued to OEM specs. When I pulled the heads off the head gaskets just laid there. Did not stick to either surface. I could see the brown burnt fuel residue between the cylinder sealing rings. I don't know how the engine performed as well as it did with 5 cylinders at 80-90 psi and the other 3 at 125-150. The OEM heads are fine and are for sale. So I had a decision to make. Stay stock or add upgrades. Well $5,000 later I have upgrades coming. DART PRO-1 325cc/119cc aluminum heads (installing with ARP studs), Dana Marine Flow Torque aluminum exhaust manifols, fuel pressure regulator, ECU upgrade and high flow flame arrestor. I'm not afraid of the aluminum and salt water as I just installed a San Juan FWC system before I discovered this problem. So I should have a a really good running engine when I get finished. Will let you know what happens.
