Either will ride better than a 25 AT. I would consider the ride to me comparable between similar sized AT's. Both brand boats ride great in the rough.

i know that length and weight will play a part but man this thing rides good for 25ft. also considering the 358 too... I really need to get in a 31 and check it out.

I can vouge that 40-fountain's Sonic is extremely clean, if you only knew how anal this kid is when it comes to clean and organized

No comparison in rough water between 25 at and 31 sonic, 31 sonic is a wave crusher in the most true sense of the word. Not the fastest boat, great lines, paintjobs, creature comforts and attention to detail. Out all the time with another 31 sonic twin 496 ho's, he loves the boat. Sonics are a load to trailer if that means anything.
