Thanks for the info Brian. Wanted to do the DC run last year but the boat was down. Maybe this year. Kinda concerned about the water around DC. Have heard alot of junk in the water....... floating & submerged. Plus I have heard of the horror stories of the idiots around there. Had a friend go down there a couple of years ago..... some guy ran into him, his bow pulpit and anchor ripped the rear seat out of boat when he backed up ! What a mess...........

Sydwayz, I may have to use that one for wallpaper untill I get one of my own, hopefully the wifey won't be onboard at the time.
That is a once in a lifetime pic(unless your a racer) I hope you have it blown up and hanging on the wall.

In early spring there is crap in the water but that is the case in most places, as far as the dumb asses I have never had a problem but I wouldn't hang around the launch ramp thats where they seem to run into you.10 years on the river and last year I bent my first prop, I don't think thats to bad.I have boated at a lot of places and really like the Potomac, but I know a lot of the people so it's easy to raft up and get a party going.Plus I live here.
