Brian with your swim platform your boat should be close to 40 feet. This is a 2 piece cover that zips together and has a Velcro flap right at the windscreen of a 42. So it might be better just to add a zipper and a flap to shorten it up some by overlapping it. Or if Some body had a 45 they could add a strip in there.

Do you have a picture of it on the boat? Sounds like it could be modified to fit my 386.

No I don't, but it is a full cover all the way down you will not get any fade in your paint. You may want to call a cover guy and see how much diff. they are.
