You should be fine. There are a lot of loud boats on the lake especially on holiday weekends. They typically concentrate on the PWC kids and partiers.

The public ramp at the fish hatchery is the nicest for a big boat. It is off hwy 290 on Fish Hatchery Rd south side of lake. Easiet is at Powerboats Marine off Hwy 7. Centrally located sometimes hard to get in and out of due to traffic.
