Looking for Dry Stack in Tampa Bay
#3
Natico is a dockaminium. On Tampa Bay high and dry is hard to find. The only place I know of is the Harborage just south of Tropicana Field. There is other places on the Intracoastal in St. Pete area. Go to West Marine or Boaters World and pick up the local boating papers and you will find ad's for all of them.

Tierra verde high and dry is 300 ft of no wake then take 2 minutes to the gulf, Nautico is a purchase situation and they are flip floping on the style of ownership they are ofering. There are several north of there as well. Getting harder to find.

I keep my boat at the Harborage Marina, been there since 2000, I like it's it's pretty nice and I like the location.

As for the new place Nautico, are you sure it's purchase only? I went to the grand opening party and my mechanic knows the owner personally (he's trying to get me in there), and as far as I knew it's a lease place, not purchase - but things may have changed.

You can rent a spot at Nautico I was there and she gave me the price list to rent or to buy.You would think they would give one hell of a good deal to get some people in that place, nice looking and great spot.
