We just moved to the area a few months ago. Living in Punta Gorda. Wouldn't mind meeting a few new folks and making some runs.

BTW, where is beer can alley? Is that on Sarasota Bay somewhere?

Beer can is between anna Maria and longboat. There is a pass there and we beach out under the bridge. Very north end of Sarasota bay. Very empty this time of year but there are two good rest. There. Mar vista and moore's. Both have docks and great food and drinks. We also head down to Casey key they have a nice tiki bar.

Check out the Ft Myers Offshore forum. We have members from Marco Island to Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte.

We're having our New Years Run this Saturday- 21 boats registered so far. Great group, great people.

How about getting something going for Febuary? Something between the dates of 2/17 -3/3 We will be in Gulfport at that time. Looking to get into a nice fun run or just meet up with some new boaters at an on the water resturant.
