Rumrunners, doc fords, first round draft, lani Kai. All good bars/food. Lani Kai is a big hotel right on ft myers beach anchor out and walk up. There's plenty more near the ft myers beach area.
Cayo costa is gulf front and only accessible by boat. Great place to go hang out. Islands everywhere for anchoring and hanging.

Doc Fs is the last left before you go over the Ft. Myers Beach bridge, it's still in Ft. Myers.
Same with Big Game/Parrot Key, they're fun and are down the same road.
The Fish House, but it's down Estero Drive (Ft. Myers Beach) a bit, but it's a fun place too.

First round is in the cape. About midway up the river on del prado but easy to get to by boat. Doc fords like Joey said is at the bridge leading over to the beach on the ne side. Just past doc fords is the others he mentioned.
