New Interior and Cockpit Cover
#35
I haven't been working on any projects for a while. My father had a heart transplant. He spent 2 months in the hospital, followed by 2 weeks in a nursing home, and now nearly 2 weeks staying with us. He's getting healthy enough that I felt comfortable spending some time in the shop today. I've been wanting to replace the lovely plastic stereo cover since I bought the boat and finally got around to it today.

For those of you who suffer from OCD like me and hate it when your asymmetrical steering wheel ends up in the wrong position after a ride, you might like this addition. I mounted a thin NRG quick release hub which allows me to correct the orientation. This did require some milling to the top outer edge of the steering wheel hub so it would recess into the NRG hub, though.
