Exactly, and if its a stock bravo prop you should actuallt use a pitch lower then what it is to do the calculations because of the way they are measured. That would put his slip with a 1.5 drive at better then 0.
The internals were probably changed, you shouls be able to check by counting the rotations of the prop when you turn the shaft.
