Mentalpause owns hull #1. I've driven the boat and it is very impressive. Upper 80's all day, 90 on a good day with 600's/XR's. 700/NXT boats are now into the triple digits with the latest tweaks from the factory.

Here are pics of two out of the three we have sold so far. The red one has 662's and the blue has 700's. We have another one being built that will be in the Miami show.

They are truly fantastic pieces of work. I had the opportunity to get up close to the green and black one they used for the poker runs. WOW!!
Sunsation won 2 Powerboat Magazine awards in the same year for that boat. Just magnificent. |
There were at least 4 of these bad boys down in Key West. From the looks of them, they really give the Cigs, OL's and Nor-techs a run for their money. The black and green one is outstanding.

Here are a few pics of my 43 NOR-TECH. The Exhaust is located very low and basically by or below water line. It is very quiet when ideling and once on plane it is quiet but obviously louder when you achieve stern lift. From behind, everyone says it sounds good. Cockpit is quiet, and easy to have conversations at 60mph. The 43 Sunsation is also a great boat, alot of eye candy. I had an opportunity this year to be on Mentlepauses 43 this year at loto with Knot4me as co-captain..boat handles rough water very well, flies level, and fit and finish is excellent. Jeff |
