Bimmerboy, If you are in Fl I just traded my 260 Powerquest with probably a little under 100 hours on it. While you are looking the dealer also has quite a few sunsations and baja's to check out. You could compare them all side by side! All of his boats look topnotch!

Haven't bought a boat yet. I do prefer the looks and performance of the Sunsation more. However, the cockpit is actually alot smaller than it looks. Looked at one locally. There are some pretty good prices on 288 MCOBs in the classifieds as well.
The wife and I are looking at a Baja 277 Islander. She really likes the open bow and I don't care one way or another.

I actually thought the same as you about cockpit size! If you are looking at Sunsations with the McCloud seats the seats eat up alot of room but they are worth it!

i called on this boat before i bought my scarab. the only 2 real down falls are, it has a SOLID roller cam, so you better like running the valves.
and it still has a bravo 1 drive.
i don't mind running the valves on my race car, but not my relaxing toy, and if i bought a boat with a motor like that, it would get a blower and that drive would be at the bottem of the lake!
if somebody calls, ask if it's a tall deck, or short deck block. a 565 in a short deck is great for drag racing, but the short rod ratio is going to side load the pistions pretty hard in a boat motor.
