AUGUST 5, 2011 (Friday)
9am-5pm Registration: Washington Park- #6 On the Lake – 200 Heisman Harbor Drive

9am-5pm Inspection: Washington Park
5pm-8pm Luau at Washington Park Beach (Race Site) Catered with authentic Hawaiian Entertainment and Food
8pm-12am Racer / VIP Party on the Beach
8pm-11pm Live Music at Jaycee’s Pavillion

AUGUST 6, 2011 (Saturday)
8:30am Mandatory Drivers Meeting: Washington Park
9am-5pm Meet the Racers: Washington Park
10am-5pm Registration: Washington Park
10am-5pm Inspection: Washington Park
12pm-4pm Classic Car Show – Washington Park
12pm-5pm Testing: As per the SBIP Rulebook
12 noon-5pm Launching: Washington Park
5pm-10pm Boat Parade - 10th and Franklin – Block Party and taste of Michigan City, Franklin St. between 8th and 4th Streets

AUGUST 7, 2011 (Sunday) – Race Day
7:30am-8:30am Physicals: Washington Park
8am-4pm Launching: Washington Park
8:30am Mandatory Drivers Meeting: Washington Park
9am-4pm Powerboats Dry Pits: Washington Park
9am Race Day-VIP Tents on Boardwalk at Washington Park Beach – Silent Auction all day at race site.
10am FAA pilots meeting: Memorial Hospital Property
10:45am Boats Parade to Mill Area
11am Start of 1st Race: Washington Park
12:45pm Boats Parade to Mill Area
1pm Start of 2nd Race: Washington Park
5pm Awards Presentation: Blue Chip Casino

It's race week baby!!!
Things are getting exciting here.
We're still looking for a few patrol boats. So if anyone out there thinks it wold be cool to watch the race from inside the track and play a cool role in the race, PLEASE let me know.

Any idea on boat count or is that still in question? Can't wait till Sunday we will be sitting on the beach.

We grabbed our slip, and saw all the tents being set up. Can't wait for this weekend!
