So again I ask you, you've seen Marks dyno sheet you know where Mark got his motor and you know how many HP Mark has correct. Or I dont think you would say something like that with out having that information.
At the race in Solomans Mark stated his motor was not a sealed 525. So I did not assume anything. He openly told people that the OPA rule book said you didn't need a seal so that's why he didn't have one. What's your next question?

My question is: You made a statement about Marks motor being higher HP and might not be reliable ...I want to know how you know what HP Marks motor is, that has nothing to do with seals. Why cant it be a stock motor with no seals. You said you dont talk to Mark so how did you see his dyno sheet or know what if anything was done to his motor? My guess is you dont and just made that statement for no good reason. Or is there a reason ??

So the fact really is that Mark could very possible have a stock unsealed 525... Is that not true? Maybe its not a magic HIGHER HP MOTOR. Would you not agree that is just an assumption on your part and possiblie not even the truth.
Yes I agree with the second statement. I totally disagree with your first statement. Would you not agree that YOU have no facts that there are ANY boats racing up north without seals in SVL? You believe every thing you hear and you are so far off base its almost funny to the rest of us racers. Stop worrying about Marks boat and try pushing that throttle till it stops and then maybe you wont be in the back of the pack with what was once the fastest boat in the fleet bar none. Man up or shut up !!!!
I am pre apologizing to your partner. I have never met him and Im sure is just following your lead as the know it all guy.

I didnt say that. I asked about your statement you made and you still havent answered my question. You were the one that said it was high HP not me . Maybe you shouldnt believe everything you hear lol.

Also I wouldnt worry about Mike or his boat, the only time you have to worry about us is if you were racing and your not.

As far as getting lapped, do you even have a clue that we had to pull in on the north end of the course because we were over heating, or you just got it from good info and flapping your jaws. Lol

Since you havent answered my first question here is another one for you....
Looks like by your post the rule book says you dont need seals so we agree on that. With that being the case why couldnt Mark run SVL that weekend? Was it after the inspection that they found parts that didnt meet stock specs????

Frank, not answering for Randy, but in regards to the OPA rulebook thing, I know in my case and a lot of the other guys in our class that this was just pointed out to us in Solomons.. There obviously was an oversight there and this will be addressed and corrected going into next season to read that you must run a stock sealed 525 from Merc.. I'm Not getting into all the BS and crap about how or why this happened or how we are gonna tech that, but there are some of us who are going to great strides and spending some $$$ to be able to tech the motors next season.. My short sweet response..
