I remember that very clearly as it happened right in front of us on the seawall!

The boat count is going to be huge boys and girls, make your reservation early.SBI,APBA,and OPA should be almost 100 boats alone.I hope Key West is ready for us,let the parties begin...Our rooms are booked and we will be ready for some great racing.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO MADE THIS HAPPEN,

I have delivered criticism when the "Powers" of Offshore were acting in a self serving manner. I have tangled with a few of my racing "Brothers" when they put membership above friendship. Not wanting to be one who only comments when there is trouble, I have to say I am in awe of the changes that have taken place this season. Who would have predicted a year ago that we all would be making reservations for Key West?

Every racer I know is excited about the future. I've herd about new boats being built and new teams forming. It's all because of these first steps being in the right direction. I'm sure money was lost and egos were bruised. But it's what needed to be done. I know I speak for a lot of people when I say: THANK YOU, WE APPRECIATE IT. SQ

Question Re: Unified Championship

Is it safe to assume that this will now be a U.I.M. recognized "World Championship Race"? Will we now see boats from Dubai or Agentina and perhaps Fabio boats again???

Now that would be the stripp** (oops) ICING on the cake!!!

Actually, I felt the best part was the Parade of Hot Muscle Cars...

I swear I watched for 2 hours and did not see the same car twice...

And some of those cars I couldn't believe were Street Legal in Maryland!

Thanks Dave, it's a real pleasure having you at the races. I did not realize the magnitude of your V12 project. Of course I'm usually the last to figure things out.
I was talking to Rod from Race Crafters about how disappointing it must be for you not to finish. He explained that it's all part of a massive R&D project. I guess if you're moving technology into the future you have to expect a bump or two in the road. Best of luck, see you in Dania. SQ
