Great Job Kieth! Im sure its Just enough to get the wind out of your face. How thick a piece of lexan did you use? How tall?

Thanks Gary - it is amazing what a difference it makes! I used 1/8" plxiglass from the local home improvement store, made a tracing of the curvature from the fairing onto the plastic, then roughed it out on my band saw. It took some trips back and forth to get it to fit and look good ( and these in the pictures are still too rough for the final version), about 3.5" was plenty to get the wind/rain out of my face. We only use them on cold/wet days and I leave the knobs in place to hide the countersunk barrell nuts when the screens are down. If you wanted to use them a lot, I would make the mounting holes slots so you could raise and lower them easily.
I want a kick-back from JC if he adds 'em as an option!! LOL
