Great looking cover Gary, whatsit made of and who did it... I plan to get something very similar. Wanted to beable to tow with it on and such.

Jay, funny you mention the superboat banner sticker w/ a flag through it; i was thinking of using that exact thing for the first season before going to paint... If you decide to get a SB and are going to use the graphic maybe we can do a production run and save some money?

Re: Y2K Questions

I think that will look awesome. Unfortunately for us, I don't think we can put a deposit down in time to have a finished boat by next season. The earliest we can do a deposit is January. Based on reading the threads, we would see a finished boat about August. Sucks too cause we really like the Y2K.

Oh well, I did have some good news today. We purchased our tow rig for whatever boat we wind up with. 05 F150 Reg Cab FX4. Not a diesel truck, but should pull any of the boats on our list.

Good luck with the build. I'll keep an eye on it!

Re: Y2K Questions

Jayhawk, Welcome to the Superboat club. Yes that is a 5.9 Dakota Quad Cab. Its the biggest truck with any kind of space and towing capacity that will fit in my garage :D
Yes Gary that cover will double as my winter cover though I will cover that with a tarp as well (kinda anal....). Is maid out of stamoid not the light but the thicker variety...NOT CHEAP...very durable I'd swear the entire cover has gotta weigh 35lbs or so!
