All kidding aside. Coens place is a consideration. He has no problem with it. But we could also have it at say....Democrat point, Hemlock Cove, Gilgo (Sunday's have a live Band!!), We need a definate place that we all agree on. At work Lightspeed suggested having it at Hemlock cove on the south beach. That would be cool. Fasteddy would bring his Superboat tent for the barbeque, that might work.
As for a date........... towards the end of July ???

I would like to attend but the only way that is going to happen is to have it around the time my boat is being tested and ready for the trip home.... if the get together is going to be in NY/NJ area. So the closer to the beginning of summer the better for me. My $.02

or I'll be there without the boat if I can swing that but then I'll be bumming a ride so be warned. LOL ;)

Gilgo,we would never get parking for 5 boats,not even a chance for 20!! Hemlock ,i havent been there for some time,but the southside beach when i was there was small! How about the Construction dock/state park marina with plenty of parking just west of the bridge??? tripps

Rick where was that place on Fire Island where we saw the 24' yellow SB with the Black hawk drive. There was a Dinner/Club/Bar right on the ocean ????.........................................On anotherthought about SUMMER SUPERFEST, Will this be a Family gathering also, or Adults only ????

I'm a go with JC ON Davis beach, especially knowing you can beach the boats if there is no parking at the dock, now we need to know the name of the Dinner club on the beach if we all vote on that place ( DAVIS BEACH ) I remember it being real nice over there !!!! Photos....................

The sore thumb is a nice place,its not on Fire Island,but its not far. If you go to a certian place on FI you can get a sore something else,so i heard :eek: :eek: :eek: ,but i don't think anybody i know is going to or from there. Lucky us!! About being airlifted in ,aren't all superboats when runnin being "airlifted" ? :D :D :D Lets not have it Fathers day weekend,thats the NYC poker run. I heard about a SUPERBOAT tent was around,is any body bringing it ,maybe we can do a sat to sunday camp out so we all can go to KISMET sat nite for some SUPERFUN!!!!. good luck goin home after Kismet at 3 am :evilb: :evilb: :evilb: tripps

The Sore Thmb Cove is perect!!! We'll have Eddie (Fasteddy)there( hopefully ;) ) so I think we we can do the Superboat Tent
