Im sure JC would refund the deposit of the yellow Y2K if he can attract another buyer though the color may or may not pose a problem. I would think that would be the proper thing to do. You guys are right, A substancial deposit does go a long way to fueling the boat. I'm sure there's more to it.

Ads for Fasteddys hull. It's a steal at 45K. Granted, no motor. But !! It's already rigged. And it's in beautiful shape. Saw it in Jersey this summer.

Ok Rick, do you have any idea what JC is going to let this thing go for? Is it a 496 or a 496HO? Sunpad? Finished cabin? Tabs w/ indicators? Hyd Steering? I'm not crazy about the yellow, but if the deal is right, I could live with it.

So is this boat for sale for sure or is the guy just trying to get out of it if he can? I'll shop it around as a favor for Superboat if you guys are going to get stuck with it Rick? I will say that a few of those finish choices could be changed to make it more desirable for the masses.

It's no sale price. It has a 496Ho Hydraulic external steering, cabin is gelcoated white, has depth finder, no gps. It's almost done. When it's done it goes to Florida to the guy who ordered it, it to someone who wants a Y2K without the wait. Better ack QUICK !!!
