Finding the HP is easy, there are a lot of builders ( motors ). The drive is the issue, looks like the NXT1 ( merc mini 6 ) or the Konrad ( ace ). may be the way to go.

Thinking of the product, not sure yet. Alot of big power in front of XR's out here. Maybe it's the cold water from the Rockies that helps.
