Thanks for the response. We were out for a test ride with John yesterday and we were glad to hear that we could pretty much do whatever we wanted to. Have you ever seen anyone with an embroidered carpet...the Superboat logo as seen in your pic perhaps? I'm guessing no, but know anyone that could do that?

Check out Pure Energy's seats. They look great and are based in the stock seat. They have a high back added. A little thicker foam on the arms, foam and vinyl around the fiberglass shell on the back. Maybe he has a pic to post. Just an idea...

Have seen quite a few SB's, but never one with a Hatch in the cabin. Is this for structural reasons? Can one be put in? Or two? One on each side?

Definetly not a structural reason. My deck is rock solid. John at Superboat does not like to install them. He says it's one more thing to cause havac in a race. (if it where to come loose)
