How do the aeration holes work? Where is the hole routed? I've never heard of this before, so please excuse my ignorance! :-)

all the 30' Phantoms have them, John once told me he would only believed they worked if he could plug up the inlet hole while it was running as see if their was a difference.

Eddy,
Wouldn't a plain ol ball valve work for that. I would luv for at LEAST the forward step to get airated.

If you use the exhaust to do the airating then switchable exhaust hardware could be used. Just replumb such that instead of routing through the prop you pump it out the bottom. If that is too restrictive, then only have part of the exhaust go through by limiting the rotation of the butterfly valves.
