Rick, after the 24 is sanded and gel coated, what is applied on top of the gel coat? Or is that the final coat? Any new pics yet?

That is the final coat Noli. I have no picsm because I have no camera!!! Kate keeps forgetting to bring it back!!! Women!! Ahhhhhh!

No pressure.
When you were creating the new deck plug, a black material was applied to the plug, what is that black stuff and how is it prepared before you create the mold?

The black (grey) stuff is Duratec High build primer, It's sprayed on when all the finishing and fairing is done. Once sprayed, it's wetsanded and polished.

When the Duratec is applied, sanded, then polished, is the polishing done with a polishing wheel?

Yeah, thats it. Quad 300 Mercs. 1200HP. 87.6 average for two way run. Our Y2KCC should go faster then that with a pair of 250's.
