Default anybody know this boat?

i bought a 1978 24'-0" superboat with a 454 and a trs drive that i am restoring. it was bought in north jersey and the boat is white with brown stripes. boat spent its life on a trailer because there is no pitting on drive and k planes. the boat had a big name on the side but i cant make out what it said. i am painting the deck and sides of the boat. i plan on imron paint but if anybody knows of a better paint im up for suggestions. i removed the wood on the transum and replaced it. what a job. john at superboat walked me thru it. cant wait to finish it. anybody know what the boat should run? 545 60 over, 750 holly, alum intake, gill magum exh, roller rockers, dui ign. s/s 25 pitch chopper prop. thanks. john

I had a 1980 24' 468 dyno @ 495hp TRS boat did mid / upper 60's. The TRS is going to kill your top end, TRS is a major HP killer but it can can handel the HP. get rid of the Chopper prop thats no good for a 24 supper with a trs.
