Ok, survey time, wanted peoples opinion on something....

Trying to figure out whether I want to put the steering wheel on the left side of the console, and throttle right handed, or on the right side of the console, and throttle left handed.

Upside to going steering wheel on the right is that the section on that side were you would mount gauges is wider...but then you are throttling left handed. If I go steering wheel on the left, then I am throttling right handed, but may have to move some gauges around as I am also doing a mercury racing vessel view system. Any feedback appreciated, I attached a picture from a 21' millenium and my actual console for reference

Right side. A lot of people i've spoken to who've done the switch to throttling lefty say its not bad. You're also not doing serious offshore running so aggressive throttling won't be a common issue.

I like the wheel on the left, and throttling with my right hand

Ditto.

Wheel - Left

Throttle - with the Right hand.

The boat is looking awesome. Will you have cushions on the seats with "Superboat" embroidery? ....noli

Yea, I am leaning that way, not only because thats been most of my experience, but also because my right shoulder is all screwed up, and being able to keep that hand lower on a throttle as opposed to higher on a wheel is more comfortable

Anyone got any thoughts on actually throttle set up? Throttles together on inside with shifters together on outside, or go shifter, throttle, throttle, shifter?

Sean, looking good. You should be a happy man

Your hull has been in the mold a long time. I think that the longer it's in the mold to cure, the better.

When do you think George will have her?

Your second choice sounds good.
