Question 30 style deck on the 24

Now that SuperBoat has redesigned the 30 and 34 when do you think we'll a 30 style deck and integral swim step on the 24? I'm a West Coast boater looking to move into a mid 20' offshore sport boat. Something for the larger lakes here, like Powell and Mead, and possible weekends at Catalina. The only West coast boat of any fortitude is the new 30' Schiada with a cockpit liner. I heard Lee is coming out with a new 25'. Maybe I'll just have to get that if SuperBoat doesn't re-tool their 24.

Hey Hottrodder,

I don't know if there are any plans in the works for the 24. As a 24 owner, It is the classic lines that appeal to me. I don't care for intergrated platforms or rounded decks. I would like to move up to a 30 but I think I would like the new bottom with the old deck. I guess everybody has an opinion. Good luck in your boat search. Boat shopping sure is fun!

I agree with HOTTRODDER, I prefer the old deck on the 30 as opposed to the new one

I would have to agree with the 2 Superboat owners. I like the older style deck better. Maybe we could convince Mr. Coen to offer the older style deck as well as the modern style on his new 30' hull. Looking through the Superboat gathering pics., I think the 30' I/O was a great looking ride.
I'm still looking for a 24' I/O, I may have to break the bank and buy a new one.

Hey Sean,

Got to the Superboat gathering pics. You may have to set your view older than the default of ten days, try 30.

I was just looking at the SuperBoat gathering pics. Great!! But I'm a little dissapointed. The 30 gets a complete redesign. The 34 and 21 have new decks. But nothing for the 24? Something must be in the works. Come on SuperBoat afficionados give it up.

I think the 24 is the best selling model. Why change it? I have a few minor changes I would like to see too, not with the lines of the deck though.
