Re: New SB 30 ordered
Keith,
SOme more pics of your boat. Hull to deck joint is glassed, bulkheads are glassed and the cabin interior is gelcoated. Engine compartment is also done as far as glass work is concerned. John has started the rigging. Tabs are on , along with the pumps. Tuesday we will probable bring the boat to the rigging shop for John to finish up.

Wow!! Looking more and more like a boat all the time!! Awesome, thanks Rick, John!
RA and I drove to Florida this weekend to face Frances and pick up our trailer. We didn't know if we would be able to get into the Tampa area and back out before the hurricane hit, but we had to try due to timing. As it turns out, the weather gods smiled and we got the perfect window. No rain and the winds and clouds didn't start up in Plant City Florida until we left at noon on Saturday!
I'll post a few pictures soon, but if any of you are in the market for a new trailer, please let me know as my new Rolls Axle Trailer is quite a work of engineering!! This trailer is built beyond anything else I have seen and I am working with them to possibly represent them in my area.
Looks like the next trip will soon be to NY!! Can't wait - we are going to want to do a shake down run with some folks up there, hopefully the weather gods will continue to smile! Anybody in for another run to Miss Liberty? We would love to get photos of our boat in front of the Statue of Liberty before we head back to Texas. If all goes well we'll try to arrange it so we have a free Saturday in NY whenever JC says 'come get her'!!

Here's some photos of the trailer - 7000# capacity, all SS hubs, brakes, hardware and lifetime patended springs. The only carbon steel on this baby is the lugs to prevent galling! LED lights and spare hub. The bunks are cut from the CENTER CORE of cypress (minimum 35-40 year life) and the bunks use a patended adjustment system to allow complete adjustablitiy. Awesome work, see them at:
