I know that boat. The owner lived on the bay in Harbor Green (massapequa). He owned the orange drink store at the sunrise mall called "Orange Julius". Guess he wanted to advertise his store with the boat.

-Had a 115 'RUDE I always remember. It was down off Alhambra rd a few years ago. Leo DiBlasio owned it. That boat was the talk of all of the GSB.... back in the day.

Thats funny about the insurance thing! I ran into him about the same time at Rockbottom in E.Massapequa. He did my insurance way back. I have been around so many 16CC's I get confused who had what. I gotta scan & post a pic of "GO FOR IT" ...a 16CC with a 70 johnstone (it was the '80's...he caught hell with that name across the side & that little motor!)

My buddy lived on Beach St. with his brother (about halfway down on the right a few years ago...directly across the canal from Dick&Doras). I used to take my 16 there in 96-97. Two or three doors down was a guy (Tony?) with a blue/white 16 with a 115Merc. I did a bathroom job for a friend...& took a 16 closed deck..boat motor trailer as payment. I gave it to my friend on Beach St....he jerked me off all summer & winter for the $...He had it sitting on the front lawn( red/white)& then sold it.
