Richie Sutphen Jr. attended the OPA Winter meeting this past weekend...he's considering building a small O/B to run in the Single Outboard Class (SOB's) this year....

Any idea if it would be a stretched 20 or a whole new boat?

..no, not sure what his exact plans are...the minimum length discussed was 21', with a max of 24'...so he'd have to stretch a 20, or shorten a 26'....
