8.1 496 longblock
Parting out a volvo 496 longblock. Piston broke and took out cyl!
Heads, intake, flywheel, coils, wires, rockers, some pistons and rods still good. Not sure about crank. Will sell as whole. Let me know what you need. CHEAP!!!!

It is the 8.1 GI model. Motor came out of a 05 Fourwinns 37 with inboards. Dont know if this helps in determining the hp or not. Im pretty sure the difference is just like the merc motors (cam and ecm programming) , not 100% sure.

Gi is 375hp. GXi is 420hp. If they are like the 5.7s, different rockers, pushrods and ecm programming.
