Is the holder made for the prop to be stored without the hub? What are the made from....aluminum/stainless? Could you post a pic with a prop on it so I can see how it "locks" it down? Sorry for all the questions....I'll only need one...thanks.

No problem at all. Ask away.

The base is aluminum, the shaft is 3/4" diameter stainless steel.

I can't post a pic with a prop on it because my props are on my boat at the moment, and it'll be at least a week before I could get to her, remove a prop and mount it on here.

I did however disassemble it to give you an idea of the pieces and how the prop goes on.

There's a rubber pad which rests at the bottom of the shaft on top of the base. Then you slide your prop on (with the hub included). On top of the prop hub goes the thicker rubber cushion, and then you screw down the triangle-looking wing nut until nice and snug. Then you insert the locking pin through the top.

It fits bravo style props for certain, and may fit others that I'm not aware of.

See pic. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the interest everyone!

One is sold to member "jdub" (first reply), and the other one possibly to member "sonic" (first PM).

Unless something changes, I will reply to everyone else in the order that I received inquiries.

Thanks again.
