When I was restoring my Formula I bought a set of McLeod/Formula bolsters out of a 353 and I paid $800 for them. I needed to reupholster the upper arm pads which was $300 for both skins. So I had $1100.00 for two mint condition McLeod bolsters. Yes they are power, included stands, and custom subwoofer enclosure which mounted under the seat. I'm affraid to say, the members on here are right, those seats need some serious love. There worth $3-400 as other on here have stated.
