I'll stay out of the engine conversation as there are way too many things that play into value here, too many to even touch on. Like oh it's perfect, guy that did the sleves said they are dead on. Like that kinda chit. Have a friend that purchased a boat few years back, Motors are fresh, have receipts! Motors were fresh, one block was non Merc with a couple of sleves in it. Very fresh pile of Chit. Less than a season and had to do both.

7K for a used Bravo 1, you can buy new for less, call it an XR and it's still near buy new dollars, bought two myself last year. Again "Fresh"? By who? Warranty? Warranty any good beyond the end of the driveway? You are better off buying a used drive in a pail, least then you can see all the parts you are buying.

Gentlemen,

a Bravo XR is night and day comparison of a regular Bravo 1.
A brand new XR with IMCO Sportmaster lower, New is over $11,000 depending on the dealer. Just the lower at Imco website is $5523.

A used, new style Swept-back XR with Imco lower is around 6-7K, unlesss you get lucky with seller that “is hurting” and get it cheaper but if anyone out there has any for $3,500, I will take them all...

HEY 29FOUNTAIN1986 My suggestion is to start a new thread without everyone's opinion. Set the price, include some info and pictures. Then people can either choose to buy, make you a PM'd offer or move on. This is getting cloudy and probably not in your best interest.
