Site performance issues
Hi,
We are aware of all the site slowness and timing out errors you've been experiencing.
The tech team is going to be working on some reconfiguration tonight and will be monitoring IB sites system-wide. We should have more information tomorrow, and hopefully will be making progress in finding a solution. Thank you again for your patience as we work to resolve these issues.
