Yes please make screen shots, if you can't post them because your not a paying member you can always email them to us.
I pay and get them. Knows your location since the ad is generated from a local car dealer.

Now what, genius?

Thank you for the screenshot -- we will block.

Remember: we can only block with a screenshot -- a description of the ad is not enough, since we don't see the same ads you do

On a PC, use the PRINT SCREEN button, then Paste (ctrl-V) into an email or post.

Yeah... I'm not sure what your complaint is either, but Heather is trying to help.

Bottom line: you will see ads whether you're a member or not, as we do not as yet offer an ad-free membership level (we will).

If you see these rollover ads (they're not really popups), screenshot them and we'll block them.

Fair enough?

Paul

Hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, then open up MS Paint, ctrl V and the screenshot will appear, then save as jpg. You can also use MS clipper.

It is there to generate an impression, then those impressions are sold. There are multiple reasons some people see some ads and others don't. Geograhic is one, bahavioral is another and contextual searches through a search engine is another.
One way to stop it or slow it down is to clear your cookies. A cookie is basically a tracker that gets put on your computer's IP address after you visit a website and will follow you around where ever you go on the internet until its cleared, lots of cookies means a lot of ads can be served up... BTW this is one of the ways I make my living... lol

The oso mod can neither stop it or start it. The adminstrator could block third party ads but then as the ads go away so does the revenue!

Nice. Why don't you go open a can of GFY. Was that super helpful to work through this issue?
