TrojanMan would talk about it, but then realize that he already owns too many damn boats, and realize he might have a boat buying problem. (opposite of spick1)
BigAndy would end up buying it. Then would plan a 2 week road trip to pick it up, He would hit every buffet and strip joint on the way....and then never ever...use it again.....

Spik1 will ponder on the transaction for 3 to 4 days, then offer the guy .35 cents.
By U Boy will not be able to purchase it right now cause his mortgage brooker fu(ked him on a full point of rate. " even thought they said at closing they will refinace it at there cost"
Jeff1000woman will call and see if he takes trades, lets asume two cases
A) he does take trades: Jeff will want 20K over full book for his rig, with pull out cruiser engines, that he will put in when he gets around to it.
B) does not take trades This will be the excuse of why he does not purchase the R/C boat. Plus he pulled a Lefty and purchased 30 items when he only needed one. Then trys to pawn them off on his friends.
RColter, will talk to his dad to see if it is ok to purchase
Wstultz is still waiting on Jersey to pay him

yes the fed dropped rates, but that doesn't always mean mortage rates go down proportionately. Mortgage rates are tied to the bond market, so one doesn't necessarily cause or change the other. Also, rates on second lien mortgages have definately not gone down, they have gone up, and most cases it is hard to find banks that will do these now. Lots of changes in the mortgage market lately. Just given you a 3rd party unbias opinion....I don't really know anything specific to your issue, but hope it works out for ya, I want a ride on that apache !!
