Would it be overpriced at 9k with no engine?

The guy is taking out the bellhousing, coupler, exhaust manifolds, everything that bolts to the front of the engine, wiring harness, etc..

I don't really know what these things are worth. I have an engine for it and some of the stuff, but exhaust is 2k, and the rest of the little bs would start to add up on the bill.

What would it be worth with a 496 in it, or a big 454, or 502?

Would it even float with that much weight in it?

Does anyone want a 16' skiff with a 48hp johnson. It has a galvanized trailer and the steering is froze. Floor of the boat need some work. My buddy just wants it gone. Its FREE
Motor runs but may have to have the carb cleand it has not been started in a year.
