Do you think they are asking a fair price for this one?

That is a bad azz boat and has good head room compared to fountain, etc. I would be scared to leave a vinyl rapped boat behind your house in the elements. Fiberglasss you can wax back the shine. Vinyl should last 5-7 years if it is in dry storage. My .02.
