There was a Bullet at Inland last Saturday. had the same colors and sceme as Armstrong's. Is that the same boat? It looked to be pretty clean.

Yup. That was my father's ciggy before we sold it to Len. I would have bought it but the guy was dragging his feet on letting me look at it. He said he wanted to clean it before he sold it. When he finally got around to cleaning it he called and said it was worse than he thought. He opened the cabin door and the pieces of trim had pretty much rotted off and fallen on the floor. I would stay away unless you really want a bullet and in that case you will spend some $$$$$ getting that one back to what it should be. Buy one that is restored already. As far as the Bullet, thay are kick a$$ boats as long as you don't mind being the slowest guy in the pack. That boat with 454 Mags (365HP) ran 63, but it could run it in 4 foot seas. One of the few Ciggies made with a 8'6" beam versus the 8'.

Twin engine

They made it from late 1987- I think around 1995-96.
