It's not exactly paint, but it doesn't look bad.

I think, I am not 100% sure. But i think the owner was a TOPPS member around 04 or 05. If I recall he purchased the rig pre-owned. I think he was some sort of a mechanic intructor. He was very knowledgable of engines and maintance. He seem to take good care of his toys. I hope this helps, i don't know much about the current condition of this rig...
